Careers
We work on the part of the business most people avoid.
Carrier contracts, compliance, and the economics underneath 180+ independent agencies. It is detailed work with real consequences, and the people who like it tend to stay.
Before You Apply
One step comes first, and it isn't the résumé.
OAA asks every candidate to complete a Culture Index profile before an application is reviewed. It takes about ten minutes. It is not a test and there is no passing score — it describes how you prefer to work, which is what makes it possible to put people in roles that actually fit them rather than roles they can survive.
Applications without a profile attached do not get read. That is not a filter for effort; it is that the profile is genuinely the first thing the hiring manager looks at.

There is more than one survey, and each role below links to its own. If you are applying for more than one, complete the profile linked on each — they are not interchangeable.
